Why We Need A Signature

Why do I need to give you a signature?

Simply, to give us the authority to sign court applications and submit them on your behalf. The reasons why we ask for a signature are for your ease and security. Your signature allows us to file your case in Court on your behalf.

Your signature is made under penalty of perjury and demonstrates you are stating the truth. Without your signature, we cannot file in court on your behalf.

Here is an example:

Iris submits her signature on the Squabble app. Our team then pulls up all required court applications, completes court documents, Triple-Checks, then applies Iris’ signature provided in-app. The only work that Iris had to do was submit basic information on the Squabble app!
